The Skinovate skin online consultation is a virtual appointment via Zoom. Firstly, book your appointment through our website. We will request some personal information, including your medical history and your skin goals. This information helps us understand your skin better. Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive an email providing instructions on how to join your Zoom online consultation and at the appointed time, you’ll log into the Zoom meeting where you’ll meet Maddy.

For an effective online skin consultation, you'll need the following:

• Device with internet access; either a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, webcam and microphone.

• Download the Zoom app.

• Choose a well-lit, private, quiet room where you can comfortably discuss your concerns openly and without interruptions.

• We may request clear photos of your skin condition; ensure you have a good quality camera or smartphone to capture clear images.

• Have your current skin care products available at reach to discuss during your consultation.

• Be prepared to provide your personal information, including any existing skin conditions, allergies, and medications.

• Make a list of your skin concerns, questions, and goals to ensure you cover everything during the consultation.

• Have a pen and paper handy to take notes during the consultation.

Our Online Skin Consultation starts from $49.00 for 30 minutes. (Not redeemable in products).

Our online skin clinic can be super convenient for those who aren’t able to get into our clinic in person, especially if you live remotely, have limited mobility or are limited for time. However, it's important to note that online consultations may not be suitable for all situations. Some skin conditions may require a physical examination, and in those cases, an in-person consultation is necessary.
